What you can do
Pick your files, set the output, and keep an eye on each job from the same page.
Select several files and remove anything you picked by mistake. Two videos upload at a time, each with its own progress.
Use H.264, HEVC or AV1 and pick a resolution from 240p to 1080p. The same settings work for uploaded files and video links.
Open the finished video in the built-in player. Check playback, adjust the speed, use Picture in Picture, then save an MP4 if you want a copy.
How it works
Your browser manages uploads and progress. The compression server does the encoding and prepares the finished files.
Select local files or paste a direct MP4 or M3U8 link. You can review a batch before anything uploads.
Choose a codec and resolution. Use balanced compression or set a lower bitrate ceiling to shrink the file further.
Each video becomes its own job. When a job finishes, open the player or request an MP4 download.
Formats and limits
Check your source and preferred output before you start.

Questions
Yes. Open the file picker again or drop more files onto the upload area. FreCom checks the name, size and modification time to avoid adding the same file twice.
The other uploads keep going. When the queue stops, select Retry failed to try again. Only failed or canceled files are sent again.
Yes. Both use the codec, resolution, optimization and shrink settings on the compressor page. A batch keeps the settings you chose when it started. Retry failed uses your current settings.
An active upload stops. Pending file selections can be restored, and accepted jobs can reappear during the same browser session. You will need to review and retry interrupted files yourself.
The compression server needs to open the link directly. Use a public MP4 or M3U8 URL, not a link to a webpage. Login-protected media and expired signed links will not work.
